My Pointe Exactly and Pirouette My Whistle (OPI)

Although I don’t usually go for sheers, I looove these new additions to OPI’s SoftShades line, inspired by the NYC Ballet Company. I haven’t tried them all yet, but so far these are my two favorites. My Pointe Exactly is a pretty unique dove grey jelly, and Pirouette My Whistle is a very elegant silver glitter. Alone they’re fantastic, but they’re absolute perfection when paired together.

Navigate Her (Essie)

To end green month, here’s the newest addition to my green collection: Navigate Her, from Essie’s 2012 spring collection. Essie is a lovely pistachio green creme. Alas, it’s not the most flattering color for my pale skin complexion, but it’s so pretty that I’m not sure I care.

Sew Psyched (Essie)

I didn’t like this color at all when I first tried it - thought it gave me zombie fingers - but I felt compelled to try it again in honor of green month. I’m so glad I gave this another shot. I don’t know what changed, but Sew Psyched is a really pretty military green cream. Pretty flattering, too. Love.

Mint Sorbet (Sally Hansen X-treme Wear)

It’s still March, so I’m still sharing some of my favorite greens. Today, it’s Mint Sorbet. Mint Sorbet is a yummy shade of mint green that’s perfect for spring. I added a coat of Sally Hansen’s “Diamonds” from their Diamond Strength line of top coats because I thought it needed a little sparkle.

Fast Track (China Glaze)
Here’s another one from China Glaze’s Hunger Games-inspired Capitol Colors Collection. Fast Track is much more interesting than your average neutral. So much gold shimmer! I probably need a tan to really pull it off, but I don’t care. Love it.

Peridot (Chanel)

Peridot is a green/gold duochrome, and although released in fall of 2012, I think it’s quite appropriate for spring. Unfortunately, this seems to be prettier in pictures than it is in real life on my hands. I really want to like this, but each time I wear it I’m just not sure about it. Too bad. Chanel is crazy expensive, yo.

Fortunately for those who found Peridot’s price tag a deal breaker, OPI appears to be releasing a much more affordable Peridot dupe in their summer collection. Good news!

Harvest Moon (China Glaze)

Here’s another one from China Glaze’s new The Hunger Games-inspired Capitol Collection. Harvest Moon is an insanely pretty coppery bronze-colored foil, and one of my favorites from this collection. I’m in love with this. Seriously. I can’t stop staring at my nails!
